Chicago Winter Dining Challenge
My concept of the ‘Heated Table’ is inspired by the Japanese Kotatsu Table. It consists of a heater attached to the underside of the table, a blanket that traps the heat and a flat surface on top.
As one of the three overall winners, I was honored to be among some great solutions put forward as part of the City of Chicago’s Winter Dining Challenge. Prototypes are now being worked on and they will be trialed at selected restaurants, ahead of a full roll out.
